How to Get Brokers Signature
All Listing Agreements and GSMLS Property Change Forms require a “Brokers” or “Authorized Signature”.
Before you start:
Make sure the name of the loop is the address of the property.
Keep listing and contract paperwork in separate folders within the loop and rename them accordingly.

When creating a new loop, "Admin for Keller Williams" is automatically added to the “People” section of your loop. You DO NOT need to add Howard Bunn to the Loop. He already has access because he is an "Admin"
Step 1: Check the box for the document that needs the Brokers Signature, then click "Submit to Review."
Step 2: Select the folder of the document and select "Listing" from the drop-down menu. In the message box, type "Need Broker Signature" and then click "Submit"

That's it! Please give Howard up to 24 hours to sign your listing.
