myKW is the main portal to the myKW Agent Control Panel. myKw Agent Control Panel is your homepage to access all KW systems, sites and services, technology, training and educational materials.
Go to www.kw.com and log into mykw at bottom of page. This will log you into mykw.kw.com. All KW sites/services/tech can be accessed from mykw.kw.com
Market Center Intranet
The Market Center Intranet is the internal network for our office. You can access the network from any computer with an internet connection. A link to the Intranet is on the the mykw homepage at the bottom of the eEdge Control Panel or go here. From the MC Intranet you can:
myTransactions, powered by a vendor named Dotloop, is our paperless document management system. All transaction documents such as contracts, are stored here and can be downloaded and printed or completed online and electronically shared to obtain digital signatures. e-Edge is the KW complete lead-to-close contact management and marketing system with an IDX website embedded into the system. e-Edge hosts all agent branded marketing materials including, email listing alerts, listing and buyer presentations, marketing materials such as newsletters, postcards, email campaigns and postal mailing pieces and campaigns.
KW Google Apps is a cloud based suite of products powered by Google. The KW Google Apps for business includes “agentname”@kw.com Branded Gmail account, Calendar and Google “Drive”. Drive is cloud based data storage drive that is accessed through your @kw.com Gmail account. It also includes a word processor, spreadsheet and presentation software. All Google Apps are integrated and designed to work together using a web browser such as Chrome, which is recommended. There is no longer a need to buy or use Outlook or any other type of desktop software programs such as Microsoft Office. Visit the KW Google Apps learning center.for more information.
eAgentC is your personal website with IDX. Your eAgentC site is fully customizable, mobile device compliant and powers your personalized KW iphone/android app. This site is design to showcase your business to buyers and sellers.
If you look under your (possibly blank) photo in the upper-left corner of myKW, you may see a Profile Completeness bar, and it is likely only 26% full. One of the first things you want to do as a new agent is get your Whitepages Profile up to at least 90% complete.
Your Whitepages Profile is what agents will see when they are looking for referral agents through myKW. Your profile contains some personal info, your office info, a bio, social media links, your areas served, your referral commission, your slogan, and more.
Be careful that you do not enter private, personal information (such as your home address in the Address field). Enter your office address there. The information you enter into your Whitepage Profile is publicly viewable on the KW.com website by clients looking for agents.
KW.com Agent Profile
Your KW.com Agent Profile is, in a sense, your third website (along with your eEdge and eAgentC websites). It is the public face of your Whitepages Profile. Your KW.com Agent Profile provides a subset of your Whitepages Profile information to be viewable and searchable by the public on the KW.com website (although it can be hidden if you wish).
Since your Agent Profile pulls information from your Whitepages Profile, any changes you make to your Whitepages Profile will be instantly changed for your KW.com Agent Profile as well.
Along with the information and social media links you enter into your Whitepages profile, your Agent Profile will also show your listings so that clients can make offers on them when viewing your profile on the KW.com website. It is important that your Whitepages Profile is professional and as complete as possible.
Toolkit CMA can be used to create CMA’s, Listing and Buyer Presentations quickly and imports data from the GSMLS. The cost is $10 per month for any month used. Use is unlimited during each month. Keller Williams Listing System allows agents to enhance their property listings by adding agent branded photos, open houses, virtual tours and additional property information in one place. This enhanced version is then sent to over 300 third party syndicated sites such as Zillow and Trulia.
Agents will typically enter their listings into the GSMLS first, then within 24 to 72 hours, the MLS listing will appear in the KWLS where it can be branded or used to generate a greensheet.
All agents should log into their listhub.com account, go to the “Lead Management” section and make sure to add thier email address and phone number. This will ensure all internet inquiries are correctly routed to the listing agent.
A “Greensheet” is used to electronically submit the details of soon to close real estate transaction to the Market Center Administrator. An agent completes a “Greensheet”, which is simply an online form, once they have a firm transaction. Joanne, Meg or Brandi will assist agents with their first greensheet.
KW Agent Websites and App
Agents each have 2 public facing websites, eEdge and eAgentC
eEdge is a database, marketing platform, website with lead capture and contains all the KW listing and buyer presentations. The eEdge contact database links to myTransactions/Dotloop. Your eEdge should be your primary website initially.
Your KW email, firstname.lastname@example.org is a Google Apps Business account complete with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications and Google Drive. To logon and use your KW.com email, go to Gmail and log in using your kw.com email address and your myKw.com password.
